The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints empahsizes the importance of continued secular and spiritual education. Along with offering seminary classes for high school students, the Church also sponsors religious classes knows as 'institute' for young single adults ages 18 to 30, and married college students.Come celebrate our local Institute Graduates as part of the Tema Day 2021 festivities!

BYU-Pathway Worldwide programs are preparatory courses designed to help international students build the skills, knowledge, and qualifications that they will need to enter a bachelor's or master's degree program. Certificates are 12-15 credits and can be completed in one year or less. Every course in a certificate builds directly into an associate and bachelor's degree. A worldwide virtual Church Music Festival was held on September 17, 2021. The Church Music Festival is an annual concert that highlights original Church music and lyrics submitted by members throughout the world. The Church Music Submission encourages the development of musical talent and brings new musical works to light by inviting Latter-Day Saints to submit original musical works for consideration. The 90-minute concert was recorded in the Tabernacle on Temple Square and features original award-winning works from the 2019 and 2020 Church Music Submissions, including anthems, youth music, and hymn arrangements for choir, instrumentalists and vocal soloists. The composers and lyricists featured are Latter-Day Saints from all over the world.Read more
