Every day God gives me power to turn away from my sins. Although I am not perfect, I try very much to do the things which will please my Heavenly Father. I know God will take care of me because in Proverbs 3:4-5 it says to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path. This scripture is my favorite and has always kept me going.
The 4th stanza of Hymn 24, “Praise to the Man,” which says that sacrifice brings forth the blessings of heaven, has also kept me going in my life. I know the Church is true, the Book of Mormon is true, and the Prophet is ordained of God. This is my humble testimony.
Jude Kwesi Ansah, 18 years old

I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for giving me the church and the Book of Mormon. It has made me who I am today. I am sealed to my family for eternity. Whenever I do baptisms for the dead, I am grateful that families can be together, even those who were not baptized in the church in life. Every day I ask myself, who am I and who can I become? I know I am a daughter of my Heavenly Father and can become who He wants me to become.
I am thankful I have the Holy Ghost to always lead me to choose the right. The Holy Ghost helps me feel the Saviour’s love.
Vanessa Ahey, 16 years old

My testimony is about my family. My Heavenly Father has protected me and my family from many situations and hard times. He has also protected my family from this pandemic called Corona Virus -19.
I thank my Heavenly Father for all that He has done, and I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true.

I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for protecting me and my family from this current pandemic. I want to share my favorite scripture that is taken from James 1:5 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” This scripture tells me that no matter how old we are, the Lord listens to our prayers. My favorite person is Joseph Smith because he didn’t look at his age. He pressed forward and sacrificed his time for the restoration.
Ezra Kofi Ansah, 14 years old

I believe that Jesus Christ died to give us eternal life through the gift of repentance and I am thankful for the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Whenever I remember the death of Jesus Christ and how He suffered for me, to enable me to have a way to go back to Him, it reminds me of the love God has for me and how He is ready to forgive me whenever I go wrong.
I believe The Book of Mormon is our guide on this earth and through this, I will be able to return back to Christ.

The Book of Mormon has been a lot of help to me. It is my daily water. When I am sad or lonely I read it and I feel the Savior near, and I feel happy in my heart. I love the Book of Mormon.
My favorite scripture is 1 Nephi 3:9 I will go and do the things the Lord has commanded. Whenever I pray, I feel the Savior’s love and am protected. I feel His love when I sing as well. I want to inspire the world with my voice and also serve a full-time mission.
When you feel sad and lonely, always remember our Savior loves you and cares about you.

I share my testimony about faith. I believe that if we have faith in Jesus Christ, we can move mountains. I testify that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that the Holy Ghost guides us in all our doings. I know and I believe that Jesus lives and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I share this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Priscilla Akua Aidoo, 17 years old

I share my testimony about if we abide in and listen to God’s word, and read the scriptures. If you read Psalm 91:1-2 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” This scripture helps me a lot. I know Heavenly Father lives and if we do His will, He will bless us. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Princess Aidoo, 17 years old

My favorite hymn is “I am a Child of God.” I like it because whenever I feel sad, angry or alone it helps me to remember that there is someone out there who loves me, knows how I feel, and understands me. It also helps me to remember all of my many blessings, and to be grateful for everything that I have. I know that my Heavenly Father loves and cares for me and can help me.

Listening to the songs sung by the beautiful young women and young men during the Youth Music Festival – a question popped into my head. How would I feel if the Savior was to be here right now? It reminded me of the primary song, “If the Savior Stood Beside Me.” The song has made me know that although some things I do are not right, my Heavenly Father loves me.
Esther Ansah, 16 years old
My favorite song is in the Children’s Songbook, “Picture a Christmas.” My favorite scripture is Mosiah 5:15 to be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works, that Christ, the Lord God Omnipotent, may seal you his. My favorite Prophet is Joseph Smith and my favorite member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles is D. Todd Christopherson. When I sing my favorite song, especially when it’s almost Christmas (like now), I feel very happy. When I wanted to read the scriptures, I just opened them and felt very happy after reading.
Rebecca Edidiong Boafo, 12 years old

I bear testimony that the Lord has done a lot in my life and He has protected me throughout all this year and taken me into the next year. The gospel is indeed true and it has helped me a lot. The Book of Mormon is also true. I bear testimony that the Lord is real and the Gospel too. He loves me, and He loves everyone. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Mariam Yusif, 18 years old

My favorite hymn is #103, “Precious Savior, Dear Redeemer.” My favorite scripture is John 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” My favorite leader is the late Pres. Thomas S. Monson.
I feel good when I sing my favorite hymn, when I read my favorite scripture, and when I think about my favorite leader.
Clever Boafo, 14 years old

I try my best to stay on the right path. My not so long life has been full of ups and downs, but the constant thing that has aided me throughout those times was the Gospel. Having the scriptures to always turn to has been such a blessing to me, and I have gained my own testimony on how it can bring you out of any tough situation. The prophets are indeed true. Throughout the semester as I learnt about the living prophets and its structure, I have gained an understanding of how we are blessed to have the mouthpiece of the Lord amongst us today. I know that if we listen to the prophets and sustain him by doing his call to actions, we would draw nearer to our Father in Heaven. The Gospel plays an important part of the Plan of Salvation and if we live our lives according to the Gospel principles, we would find peace and happiness and ultimately achieve eternal life.
Selassie Kwame Esiape, 17 years old

Heavenly Father has done a lot for me so far. He gave me a family and He gave me my life. He always protects us. He made me complete my school successfully without any harm. I am much grateful about that. All what I need from His is His protection. This is my humble testimony. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Princess Ofosua Ackon, 18 years old

I am very grateful for what the Lord has done for me, my family, and my friends. There are many temptations when you are in school, but the Lord Almighty took me through all. There are a lot of bad incidents that come my way, such as an accident, but God saved me.
I believe in The Book of Mormon and I believe the Prophets and leaders are called by God. I know the Church is also true, and everything about the church is also true. I leave this testimony with you in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
