The Tema Ghana Stake Relief Society Organization, a sisterhood within The Church of Jesus Christ, held its annual Sisters Conference on July 22nd.
During the conference, Sister Martha Mensah, a Counseling Psychologist, imparted valuable insights on womanhood, successful marriages and effective parenting. She emphasized the significance of unity and demonstrated its power through a heartwarming activity where two attendees were asked to join hands to support lift another attendee up. Additionally, she provided the sisters with stress relief techniques to help them navigate life’s challenges.
Sister Rejoyce A. Ahadjie, a Family Counsellor and retired Civilian Administrator at the Ghana Armed Forces, also emphasized the importance of family unity and happiness. Her teachings revolved around fostering peace within the family and the role of women in caring for their homes.
Overall, the conference was an enriching experience, providing the attendees with essential tools and knowledge to lead fulfilling lives as strong women, devoted wives, and nurturing parents.
