Family Home Evening with Skep Foundation

We had a truly remarkable and enlightening evening at the Gathering Center as we welcomed distinguished guests from the Skep Foundation. Cate Carabine, the Director of Operations at Skep, Chidi Onyebuchukwu, the Director of Digital at Skep, and their colleagues graced us with their presence and shared invaluable insights into the mission and vision of the foundation.

Skep Foundation is driven by a powerful mission: to empower Africans by creating education and job opportunities that enable them to secure global employment. Cate Carabine passionately articulated the importance of education and networking as the cornerstone of empowerment. The foundation aims to equip Africans with the skills, knowledge and networks they need to excel in the competitive global job market.

The vision of the Skep Foundation is equally ambitious and inspiring. By the year 2030, the foundation envisions Africa being recognized internationally as a premier digital outsourcing destination. Chidi Onyebuchukwu delved into the driving forces in the global market and highlighted how Africa can make a positive impact by embracing digital innovation and technology. Through providing the necessary resources, support, and opportunities, Skep Foundation seeks to help Africa thrive in the global economy.

The evening was a thought-provoking discussion on the future of Africa in the global arena. It underscored the importance of collective efforts in empowering individuals and communities to unleash their full potential. Skep Foundation’s dedication to creating lasting change was evident throughout the discussion.

As we reflect on this special Family Home Evening, we are reminded of the significant role each one of us can play in supporting Skep Foundation’s mission. Together, we can contribute to empowering Africa and shaping a brighter future for the continent. Let us stand united in championing education, providing opportunities, and embracing digital excellence as we journey towards a thriving global economy.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Cate Carabine and Chidi Onyebuchukwu for sharing their insights with us. Their presence has left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we are inspired to take action in contributing to Skep Foundation‘s vision.
